Role Overvie
Lead the Large Corporate Accounts team to ensure sustainable business growth in all large Corporate Accounts by the
preparation and execution of Account specific Business Development Plan, increasing GP'business in wallet shared
accounts, expanding product pernetration through ICT Solutions and ensuring 100% retention by maintaining strong
business relationship. Achieve overall U Revenue and Acquisition Targets with maintaining Account Health. Develop Key
Accounts Managers and unlessh their potentials to build a high performing seles Unit.
Job Responsibility
Lead the Large Corporate Account team to ensure business growth to each industry verticals
En৪une solutions and ICT centric approach to a industry verticals and establish GP as the digital partnel
Ensure date penetration and revenue growth in the Large Corporate Accounts
It customer visit targets for Key Account managers as per cluster strategy. Ensure the achievement of
gara visit targets and business objectives by using the right tools and processes
Ensure long term customer retention plan and maximize channel revenue
Develop & execute Key Account specific Business Plan as per channel strategy and considering enterprise
market challenges and competition activities,
Ensure 100% involvement of Enterprise Product & Solutions Tearm to reduce timeto- market in business
development plan execution
Monitor each and every Large Corporate Accounts and business market especially on competition
activity.
Lead the Large Corporate Account Retention activity by engaging Business Product, ICT Solutions, Market
Planning and other relevant teams for offer customizations and developing and implementing solutions
Plan and develop campaign, TM and custormer engagement activities roadmap to ensure efficient
utilization of the TM Budget.
support the KAMs in executing the planned activities to drive revenuecustomer retention
Education:
At least৪10 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Business

Thorough understanding of the Enterprise Market Dynamics
Very good understanding of Telecoms solutions and services and the customer value of these
